The establishment has a covered surface area of about 12.000 square meters where the production can be found with new high technological content lines of product, oriented to flexibility and quality of Unifloors products.
Next to the establishment/warehouse, the new offices can be found: and elegant modern structure of about 1.500 square meters.
The top floor is completely dedicated to the welcoming area where conferences and training courses are held for architects, designers, dealers, installation experts etc.
Conference rooms, show rooms and guest rooms are also found here.

Next to the production area a building has been destined to offices for the technical area where quality control tests are held as well as research and development of new products in accordance to the politics and strategies of the company.

"Unifloors lab" is a new section where all new materials, finishing, decorations as well as new working techniques and products applications are studied and experienced.
